It’s about giving back. In February 2013, Jim Shields decided it was time for Shields Legal Group to start giving back. But how can a group of 15 people make much of a difference in a community of five million?
​
The answer to that question is so simple that it inspired a community involvement project we call: IMPACT│365 The effect is so profound that it has dramatically changed each member of the firm.
​
IMPACT│365 inspires each individual in the firm to take intentional action every day to help someone else. When we each do our small part every day, we ultimately give back in a big way. When 15 people focus on intentional action in service for others each and every day of the year, big things happen. Just think – 365 acts of service x 15 = 5,475 total impacts on other people in one year.
