Professional Experience

​

Brandon helps lenders and borrowers structure, document, negotiate, and close debt and equity transactions. Brandon has experience advising clients in syndicated, senior, bilateral, mezzanine, unitranche, ABL, subscription, and acquisition financings. Brandon also counsels clients in workouts and restructurings. With deep experience representing clients across industries and deal sizes, Brandon understands clients’ objectives and delivers results.

 

Prior to joining Shields Legal Group, Brandon worked for international law firms. Brandon attended law school at the University of Texas at Austin and graduated with honors and undergrad at The University of Arizona and graduated with honors. While in law school, Brandon was a staff editor for the Texas Journal of Oil, Gas, and Energy Law.
