Jennifer S. Stoddard, a SMU Law alum, has practiced law in the Dallas community for over 27 years.
Throughout her career she has focused on business litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and finance and real estate transactions.
Because of her litigation experience, Jennifer is uniquely qualified to spot potential issues in complex finance transactions and ensure that her clients are protected with solid transaction documents.
Jennifer’s husband of 23 years, Mark Hajdu, has been a commercial real estate broker in Texas for over 30 years. Working with Mark and his clients, Jennifer has developed significant experience in virtually all aspects of real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, developments, and landlord/tenant transactions and relationships.
Outside of practicing law, Jennifer’s main passion is her family. She has two extraordinary children, a daughter who is about to begin medical school, and a son who just committed to play football at SMU. Jennifer and her husband are looking forward to being empty-nesters next year and traveling whenever possible. Jennifer is a big sports fan, an avid cyclist, and enjoyes politics immensely.
Jennifer is currently a Board Member of Executive Women of Dallas and served as President in 2009. She is also active in Northwood Women's Club Philanthropy.
